To qualify for our money back guarantee the product must be returned unused, in original condition, unmarked and in its original packaging. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Our out going delivery charges will not be refunded.

Your refund will be made via the same payment method that you originally used to purchase the products.
